Trumpets sound, party streamers everywhere… well, perhaps in our heads, at least! As a small publisher, we have to sit and imagine the future where we’ll have a sparkler-topped cake for every release. In the meantime, we’ll just have to settle for doing a little happy jig at our desks!

So, on the 1st March 2020, Dark Child, the final installment of J.M. Rankin’s Dark Trilogy was released, bringing the trilogy to its chilling conclusion.

It’s been a long road getting it here and it faced several delays but we got there in the end! We’re awaiting a box from the printer with our lovely packages paperbacks as we speak, complete with that lovely new book smell (I wish I could bottle that smell… maybe I should consider approaching Yankee Candles with the idea?)

Anyhoo, Dark Child is now available from Amazon, Apple, Kobo, B&N and other online book stores so why not grab your copy fresh off the press and complete the collection?

Here’s the blurb to tempt you… we’ll just leave it right here as we indulge in a slice of publication day cake…

Immortal. Haunted. Betrayed.

Tormented by grief and guilt over the death of his sister, Alex Demeter finds himself haunted by her image at every turn.

She’s the faceless stranger in a crowd, her voice a whisper on the wind. Her very presence haunts his nightmares.

Questioning his sanity, he returns to the sanctuary of the family home in the desolate Carpathian Mountains, seeking solace from his torment.

But the ancient walls shelter something far more sinister than the Demeter bloodline, and what Alex discovers within leaves him to question everything he has ever known.

The book is now available from Amazon, Apple, Kobo, B&N, or via Smashwords.
